John 14:18 I will not leave you as orphans [comfortless, desolate, bereaved, forlorn, helpless]; I will come [back] to you.
John 14:19 Just a little while now, and the world will not see Me any more, but you will see Me; because I live, you will live also.
The Holy Spirit , we can write tones of books about Him . What an amazing person He is . Yes the Holy Spirit is a person . He is invisible, yet so real. It is possible to have a relationship with him such as best friends, it’s very possible to discuss with Him . When you constantly walk with Him, the supernatural becomes so natural .
He is available to each and everyone of us who have Jesus as Lord and savior .
He helps us in our Christian life. Out of Him, all our endeavors to walk according to God is a failure . He gives us strength and knowledge to persevere in faith .
All what He wants from us is faith and obedience . When we will learn to obey to the voice of God in us our lives will radically change .
He makes our journey with Christ easier and enjoyable. He counsels and even reveals us the mind of God .
Now who is the Holy Spirit ?
He is simply the spirit of God .
As written earlier, it’s impossible to have a Christ-like life without Him beacause He plays key roles such as :
- Intercession : the Holy Spirit intercedes for us , He gives us the ability to speak out mysteries to God .
- Gifts : the Holy Spirit produces in us what we call the gifts of the spirit . The ability to prophecy, teach ,have words of knowledge and discernment.
- Fruits : when someone has the Spirit of God , the fruits are evident . They’re ; love , peace , joy, kindness, self control, faithfulness, goodness, gentleness and patience .
The list is inexhaustible.
This is just a glance of who the Holy Spirit is.

Lord please help me to better understand the person of the Holy Spirit and feel me of your spirit . Amen
