Luke 14:33
“So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.”

In life, it is when you get at the point where nothing else matters to you that God can therefore trust you with mighty blessings. For when you are still full of yourselves, God cannot be the center of your life. 

You can see that blessings of all kinds from God can destroy you if you did not surrender to Him. 

If you still have the ability to say no to God, then according to the pathways of God, you are not yet qualified for the title “friend of God”. To attain this level of intimacy with Him, you must be the living sacrifice whose blood is dripping from the altar. We do not have the power to submit by ourselves to God. We only have the ability to give Him access to ourselves so He can cleanse us and sit at the throne of our lives pushing down all idols that were seated on that throne. 

It is difficult yes! But the fruit of it are worthy. By so doing,  we attain a level with God where He will bless you beyond measures, even prayers you did not make will be answered. This is to say that even the blessings you did not ask will be given unto you. 

Even in the kingdom of the enemy, you make a lot of sacrifices but those sacrifices are wicked, damaging and stupid. But the sacrifices for God remain to help you soar in the maximum wealth and abundance that God has given out for you. 

Prayer: 

Oh Lord, I surrender my life unto you as a living sacrifice, Father take control of everything. Amen!
