Today we will talk about forgiveness. Forgiveness is the act of accepting a situation where a person decides to turn the page after being hurt. It is a very difficult step and most people say it is a weakness but the real weakness is not being able to face it. Forgiveness frees you from the prison of anger, sadness, and depression. When you keep somebody in your heart, the thing that continues hurting you sometimes hinders you from sleeping or having peace. It can also be a major source of sickness and really destroy your life. In the end, you are the one, down and you are doing what God does not accept.
I wish to tell you today that the Holy Spirit is able to heal from any wound that you had and help you forgive.
Prayer: Lord, I wish to forgive all those who hurt me but it is sometimes hard for me, and the wound is so fresh. Heal me Lord, and teach me real forgiveness.
