1 Thessalonians 2:1 FOR YOU yourselves know, brethren, that our coming among you was not useless and fruitless.
EVANGELISM!
This is the greatest need of our world today. Many churches are centers of lukewarm Christians because the Gospel is not evenly preached.
People out here pray and their prayers are never answered because they do not pray well; in God’s will.
The Bible reminds us that some prayers are unanswered because they are pointless!
Many of us do not know how to pray because nobody ever really taught us to. Evangelism is highly needed because people have to be taught how to approach the Lord. How to ask for things to be given. Evangelism is never fruitless. It is not because we do not quickly see its fruits that we will downgrade it. We have to remember that if we are who we are in Christ today it is because someday someone told us about the kingdom of God and its requirements and the benefits of knowing God.
Prayer :
Lord ignite in us the fire of bringing souls to Your kingdom. May we never get discouraged from preaching the sound doctrine Amen!
