8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
The Bible says we are to love one another. Sounds good, but can we do it? Whoever said, “I love mankind; it’s people I can’t stand,” was about right.
People are just irritating. I agree with the guy who said, “To live above with those we love, oh, how that will be glory. To live below with those we know, now that’s another story.
Even people at church can be difficult to love. Sometimes we sing a chorus in church: “I’m so glad you’re a part of the family of God,” and then we look at the person beside us and sing, “I’m surprised you’re part of the family of God.”
Sometimes it’s hard enough to love our own family. One guy told his wife that if she had really loved him she would have married someone else.
How do we make love a dominating characteristic of our lives?
Indeed loving people is difficult Yet we should love one another. It is very capital to show love to people, especially to those you love. Most of the time, we show love to others by putting them on our status..but it’s really not enough. The person you love might not wake up tomorrow, take time to be sure that if ever you had to separate by distance or death, you would have shown to the person how much you love Him ! Show love to your parents and brothers! Do not let family problems separate your family! Show them 💕 love when they betray you, yet do not be naïve !
We show love by spending quality time with others, by saying it, or offering gifts.
Ask yourself, if they had to question your surroundings.. family and friend, will they refer to you, as a lovely person? If no, work on it ! If yes, continue!
Some people say they don’t give what they don’t have! Jesus gives this love freely ! You don’t imagine how asking taking time with a person to listen to his problem can heal him !
Prayer:
Lord thank you for this wonderful teaching where You want me to show love to others. Fill me with your love, so that I can bless others with it. Give me the patience to love even those who are difficult with me. Give me the ability to care about others and what they go through.
