Ephesians 2:10 For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
It is the Spirit of God that gives us the will to do the things God loves. The new heart that He puts in us makes us sensible to His commands and helps us to understand when He speaks. In other words, the Spirit gives us the faculty to discern.
We were created for all that is good. God had planned it since creation. Let us happily bear the lives that God gives to us in Christ and be the lights and salt of this world as written.
In all that we do let us do it for the glory of God.
Preach this marvelous news to every heart out there and let them know what a blessing it is to be in Christ and be new creatures.
