Matthew 6:6 But when you pray, go into your [most] private room, and, closing the door, pray to your Father, Who is in secret; and your Father, Who sees in secret, will reward you in the open.
You can be you in the presence of God. No mask, no fear with Him. Spill out what you have and what you are. He is the only one that will never treat you like a piece of garbage and gossip about what you said.
Also, you don’t need to make a show of yourselves whenever you communicate with your Heavenly Father. Privacy is what is required. On top of that privacy put in some sincerity and honesty for before you speak, He knows what is in your mind. Cast your heart on Him for He cares for you.Â
In every situation that wants to take your peace, talk to Him first. Do not get anxious about anything.
