Psalms 23v4 “ Yea, though I work through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
Nowadays, the most current thing is; the fear that society imposes on us. What is current, is all sorts of bad information, bad news, earthquakes, theft, coronavirus, wars, and so on. Listening to all this, progressively brings in, a spirit of fear, and then Faith goes away. The role of the devil and this society is to disturb our peace so that we should always be in a state of stress and God loses his place. Faith cannot reign where there is fear, because fear comes from the devil.
So, in these times when the world wants to fill us with fear, learn how to talk like David, and say “ Though I walk through the valley of shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
Prayer: Lord, teach me how to trust in you no matter what my eyes see and what my ears hear.
