Growing in your relationship with God, you will realize that he is a father too, better still, our father.
He corrects you when you get wrong just like a human father would do.
Sometimes the corrections can be wild but it still keeps the same purpose; teaching you the way to follow.
If In your relationship with God, you haven’t yet reached this level of normalizing God as your Heavenly Father, then you have to checkups on yourself and do an introspection.
Intimacy is key in your relationship with God. You cannot completely submit to Him if your knowledge of Him is shallow.
Go on and call upon Him for He is faithful to answer you. Do so respectfully and humbly.
Prayer:
God, please teach me who You are so I may not construct in my mind a delusion version of You. Amen.
