“Sanctified by God the Father.”

Jude 1

“Sanctified in Christ Jesus.”

1 Corinthians 1:2

“Through sanctification of the Spirit.”

1 Peter 1:2

You must consider the Union of all the three divine persons. You shouldn’t be of those who consider Jesus as the only loving person in the Trinity, then see The Father as a tyrant who is there only to give you headaches and don’t even want to know who the Spirit of God is, talk-less of His function.

The three go together there’s no division among them. We are the ones that are divided.

They are as united in their deeds as in their essence. In their love towards the chosen they are one, and in the actions which flow from that great central source they are still undivided. Specially notice this in the matter of sanctification. While we may without mistake speak of sanctification as the work of the Spirit, yet we must take heed that we do not view it as if the Father and the Son had no part therein.

Prayer:

God please guard me from ever making such a mistake in my life for it will confuse me in my walk with You. Amen.

Verse for today:

• Genesis 1:26
