Isaiah 30v15 “ For the LORD God, The Holy one of Israel, has said:By Repentance and rest you would be saved: Your strength would lie in quiet confidence but you were not willing”
This verse is particular because here, the Lord uses Isaiah to give us an advice. In difficult times, or times of pressure and stress we have to be calm and trust him.
Generally, when we go through storms or low valleys, our first feeling is the feeling of fear, stress and even depression sometimes. The devil wants to fill us with so much fear and panic that we become unable to look on God. We then complain to everybody, complain and cry here and there, but never to God. Today, God wants you to have a new mentality you will be saved when you are at rest and trust him. No need worrying, The LORD wants to call on your attention, that He loves you and cares about you. Why should you worry, if somebody worries for you already. Teach yourself how to be at rest no matter what happens, because before it happens, the LORD had had already kept a means for you to be delivered. As from today, try to be at rest! Dare.
Prayer: Lord I recognize I spent my time worrying, today I want to dare trust you and wait on you be it on situations I can control or on those that I cannot.
