Mark 9:43 And if your hand puts a stumbling block before you and causes you to sin, cut it off! It is more profitable and wholesome for you to go into life [that is really worthwhile] maimed than with two hands to go to hell (Gehenna), into the fire that cannot be put out.
In this world of filth, you have to be concise and precise in everything and in every relationship. You have to master the art of detachment so well that you don’t find it complicated to leave when something/ somebody tends to pull you away from the will of God.
It is very profitable and necessary to flee from anything that can steal your joy and peace. It is better to reach heaven with one leg than to go to hell because of the same leg.
The evil out here and right now suggests that every child of God must constantly put on the full armor of God and redeem time for the days are purely evil.
People are so full of themselves and can do even the abominable to satisfy their selfish desires and because of this, one must always seek the counsel of the Spirit and ask for discernment in order to be permanently sober.
